The transfer of personal data outside the EU is governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with the GDPR.

The Tempesta technology is protected by international patent WO2024/141723, filed via the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) system, covering 154 signatory countries.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of TETHYS.

Any unauthorized use of the site or its content will be considered as constituting infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of 6 January 1978 as amended, TETHYS is committed to protecting the personal data of its users.

Data collected. The contact and order forms collect data strictly necessary for processing your request: first name, last name, business email address, phone number, company, industry sector and headcount.

Purpose of processing. The data collected is used exclusively to: respond to your contact or demonstration requests, prepare personalized quotes, and keep you informed of developments of the Tempesta product if you have consented to this.

Retention period. Data is retained for the time necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.

Your rights. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as a right to object. To exercise these rights, contact us at: [email protected].

This site is a static site that uses no advertising tracking cookies. On your first visit, a consent banner lets you choose between three options: accept all, essentials only, or refuse all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (key tethys_cookies_v1 in localStorage) and is never transmitted to third-party servers.

Strictly necessary cookies: no cookies are required for the basic operation of the site.
